How do i import and update the virtual stock of BigBuy by file?
First you need to create account and wait for approval, go to: https://www.bigbuy.eu/
After obtaining your approved registration, go to: https://www.bigbuy.eu/en/files-csv-xml.html
Download by selecting General XML and CSV Categories, you can select the languages Portuguese, English and Spanish.
01) Access the Control Panel
02) After login click on Catalog >> Import and Update Product Feeds
03) Click the Insert button
04) Fill out the following form:
Feed Name: BigBuy
Vendor: If a BigBuy supplier already exists select or add a new one click Yes on the option: Add New
If you are going to add a new one fill in the fields:
Supplier Name: BigBuy
Description: BigBuy
URL or File: Select File
In the File field, upload the XML file.
Note: Because BigBuy provides download by categories and languages, you must upload each one after uploading the feed.
Example: files-products-xml-standard-product-2399-en.xml or files-products-xml-standard-product-2399-en.xml or files-products-xml-standard-product-2399-en.xml
In the Category File field, upload the CSV file of the categories.
Note: Because BigBuy provides download by categories and languages, you must upload each one after uploading the feed. This file must be the same file ID of the products, so that the products upload is carried out for the correct category.
Example: files-categories-csv-prestashop-category-2399-en.csv or files-categories-csv-prestashop-category-2399-en.csv or files-categories-csv-prestashop-category-2399-en.csv
Percentage to increase in price: Set the percentage of profit on the price of the product provided by BigBuy.
Feed Currency: Euro
Status: Active
In the Do not import products of categories of the feed field you can define the main categories of some products to import products only from categories not specified in this field, for example: Automotive, Films & Photo, Components, Home Appliances & Eletroportables, Electronics, Electronics, Tools, Games Computer Hardware, Electrical Materials, Health & Beauty, Security, Telephony
Status of Products on Import: Active
05) After clicking the Insert button
06) To import the products and synchronize the stock click on the Load Feed link (Recommended click once not to overload the server, if you overload the server your account is subject to suspension or blocking, it is recommended to hire a dedicated server, vps or cloud ). To update stock, click the Load Feed link. Update the stock once a week or once a day at less access times, between 10pm and 6am.
